Workday Integration Specialist Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns applicable for all clients in their portfolio.
- Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client's unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
- Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
- Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, the project team, and the Engagement Manager updated on changes or progress related to the project.
- Display hands-on expertise of the software, including loading client data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
