Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing methodologies and frameworks tailored to each project's needs
  • Facilitating qualitative research including interviews, co-creations, workshops, immersions, focus groups
  • Triangulating and synthesising information to inform decision-making
  • Supporting senior leaders with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
