We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Value Added Services (VAS) team, driving innovation and excellence in last-mile delivery partner experience.

The ideal candidate will be a single-threaded leader responsible for defining scope, launching new products and features, and overseeing vendor relationships. They'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, own results with leadership, and deliver adoption and customer satisfaction of VAS offerings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ambitious Program Manager will excel in written and verbal communication, possess strong analytical frameworks, and effectively manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable partnering with internal and external teams to drive process improvements and ensure best-in-class service levels.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Proven track record of using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
