Location: Hybrid Role to start with and can be converted to 100% Remote after 3-4 months.

Payout Offered: AUD 90,000 to AUD 100,000 per year + Super + Performance Bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in managing large-scale paid advertising campaigns. You must have hands-on experience handling Google Ads and Meta Ads with monthly budgets exceeding $200,000. This is a position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and can independently strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive significant business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook and Instagram Ads (Meta platform).
- Manage advertising budgets in excess of $200K per month, ensuring maximum ROI and scaling campaigns effectively.
- Conduct deep analysis of campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing strategies and optimize creatives, copy, and landing pages for better conversions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Google Ads bidding strategies, audience targeting, and attribution models.
- Manage full-funnel advertising strategies from awareness to conversion.
- Provide clear reporting on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROAS to leadership.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices on Google and Facebook advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, web) to align campaign messaging and creative assets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience managing ad spends of $200,000+ per month.
- Strong expertise in bid strategy optimization, remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and campaign tracking software.
- Strong analytical skills — ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, and implement optimizations.
- Solid understanding of funnel marketing, customer journey mapping, and attribution modeling.
- Experience in lead generation-focused campaigns is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end without heavy supervision.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video).
- Experience with other paid platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads is a plus.
- Experience with service-based industries particularly IT Support is an advantage.
