Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and medication management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment that promotes the dignity and well-being of clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability, or completion of first year Bachelor of Nursing studies and First Aid Level 2.
- Current driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.
- A Smartphone.
- Ability to relate to older people and flexibility around the changing needs of clients.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Current WWC Card and an interest in working with children with complex needs.
- Current Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme Check or willingness to apply for an NDIS check.
