Fostering an inclusive and supportive school culture is a top priority for our organization. As the leader of Special Education Services, you will play a key role in promoting this culture by driving the development and delivery of high-quality teaching practices and meaningful adjustments, aligned with relevant legislation and policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and coordinating the delivery of special education services, as well as providing guidance to classroom teachers and other school staff on developing effective reasonable adjustments for students with disability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating the delivery of high-quality advice and support provided by the Special Education Program and/or Early Childhood Development Program.
- Leading the Special Education Program and/or Early Childhood Development Program to provide guidance to classroom teachers for students with disability as needed.
- Providing expert guidance to the school leadership team, classroom teachers, and other school staff to develop, plan, and implement effective reasonable adjustments for students with disability.
- Coordinating and providing targeted interventions for students requiring additional support.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
