Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
This role is responsible for designing and delivering learning and organisational initiatives across our corporate staff. You will work closely with senior consultants and stakeholders to identify organisational and learning needs and build the department's capability.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end logistics for programs, building strong relationships with stakeholders, driving improvement projects, and undertaking administration tasks such as executing communication plans and generating reports.
Our team takes a flexible approach, with members contributing across a wide range of projects and initiatives within the broader team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Well-developed organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A collaborative approach with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work effectively within a team.
- Customer focus, with the ability to understand and respond to the needs of internal clients.
- Flexibility and adaptability to contribute across diverse projects and initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to analyse issues and implement practical solutions.
- Effective communication skills, including managing stakeholder expectations and coordinating clear and timely communications.
- Proven project management experience, managing multiple tasks and initiatives independently.
- Proficiency with technology tools such as learning management systems (LMS), intranet platforms, and reporting software.
