Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee the efficient manufacture of reinforcing bar and prefabrication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily plans are adhered to, managing costs effectively, and allocating resources to meet site requirements.

This leadership position requires a proactive and driven individual with experience in heavy industry or manufacturing.

A background in steel reinforcing sector is highly regarded but not essential.

About This Role
  • Mentor and develop a team of up to 40 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with site safety policies, procedures, and critical elements.
  • Analyze and address any operational issues promptly, taking corrective action to prevent recurrence.
