Job Description

Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders is an international, independent medical humanitarian organisation delivering emergency aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from healthcare.

Responsibilities

This team-based role project manages campaigns across appeals, newsletters, emergency DM, and mailing with a focus on acquisition, retention, reactivation, and upgrades.

  • Process improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards
  • Reviewing editorial content
  • Generating reports
  • Contributing to strategy, annual plans, and performance management

Represent the organization and manage relationships with external stakeholders—creative agencies, contractors, mail houses, list suppliers, and data specialists—and collaborate internally with international counterparts and domestic teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in project management, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of marketing principles, digital media, and fundraising strategies is essential.

Able to work independently and as part of a team, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
