The Role

We're seeking a skilled Mid-Level Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile environments with a strong track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch.

The successful candidate will:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
  • Own the development and execution of the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise product requirements.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the product delivery process and suggest solutions to optimise efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Anticipate potential delivery challenges and proactively manage risks.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a hybrid role in a tech-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in delivering software products or features from conception through to launch.
  • Solid understanding of agile development processes and methodologies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, particularly in startups or scaling businesses.
  • A passion for continuous learning and development.
