About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Product department as a Product Administrator.

This role provides critical administrative support across the Product team, maintaining a coordinated and seamless workflow, and ensuring clear communication to meet business timelines and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Orders: Complete product purchase orders in line with merchandise milestones, using the Range Planner.
  • Sample Management: Assist with Sample Room order and filing, including samples returned from the Studio, external agencies, or the VM team.
  • Product Setup: Assist with the product administrative process, inputting RRP changes and cost in AX as advised via the Range Planner.
  • Photography: Assist with the execution of contour and styled shot briefs for photography and website uploads.
  • Cross-Department Support: Work collaboratively with Marketing, VM, Stores, and Online to ensure a seamless workflow and clear communication.

About You:

  • Previous experience with Excel
  • Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritize workload and tasks
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships to achieve objectives
