Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Peter Alexander team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and production of our products, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and administration of purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product lines and purchase orders
  • Provide a link between the production department and supply chain
  • Liaise with offshore suppliers and factories
  • Manage the critical path and associated administration
  • Liaise with Product Manager to prepare sample and production specification sheets
  • Work with Product Manager to provide feedback on development, including fabric quality, lab dips, and trims
  • Update and maintain range storyboards
  • Monitor and track key delivery schedules
  • Manage the flow of samples
Requirements
  • Experience as a Buyers Assistant, Supply Coordinator, or administration role within a buying/product team
  • Experience using Illustrator/Indesign
  • Skilled at Excel
  • Experience working with 3 Clicks and AS400 is advantageous
  • Great attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build great relationships with external suppliers and senior stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
