Unit Pricing Manager

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Unit Pricing Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fund accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client reporting and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of up to 9 fund accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the generation of accurate client reporting, including fund unit pricing, regulatory and statutory reporting, and account reconciliation.
- Develop and implement pragmatic solutions to complex problems, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and organisational operational risk and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of general ledger and investment systems.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of commercial experience in fund accounting, unit pricing, and custody, with a strong understanding of the full service model of master custody.
- Knowledge of financial market securities and fund products, with the ability to provide commercial solutions in problem-solving.
- Effective management skills, with the ability to investigate, resolve, or escalate issues as required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to provide timely and accurate MIS and client reporting.
