At Smith+Nephew, we are seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to join our team. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial excellence of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and analytical functions relating to pricing, including maintenance of pricing structures and records in the company ERP (SAP).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide commercial advice and guidance to assist the Business Units in making informed decisions.
  • Develop financial models that inform and enable the business to make sound financial decisions and increase profitability.
  • Manage pricing aspects of responses to requests for tender or negotiation of new pricing agreements and support S&N internal partners.
  • Support the development of Sales Reports, including CORTEX and other Power BI reporting platforms.
  • Track Customer Rebate performance, produce monthly/quarterly reports, and work in conjunction with the Finance team to manage overall rebate accruals.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in a Pricing role (preferred).
  • Previous experience within SAP with a solid understanding of SAP structure and functionality (minimum of 1 year preferred).
  • Proven track record of using Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools (Cognos or similar) to an advanced level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills (process-oriented).
  • High attention to detail and accurate with numbers.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
