Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Contracts Specialist to join our Technical Operations team at Stryker South Pacific.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to manage relationships and processes across various functions, including Supply Chain, Legal, Commercial, Marketing, and Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Service Agreement pricing strategies in collaboration with Marketing, providing accurate Stryker Service Agreement Quotes alongside the Sales team, and overseeing service contract administration, including invoicing and amortization using Salesforce and JDE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Service Agreement pricing strategies that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to provide accurate Stryker Service Agreement Quotes
  • Manage service contract administration, including invoicing and amortization using Salesforce and JDE
  • Customize proposals at the site and buying group level by partnering with key stakeholders
  • Evaluate and improve service revenue allocation and processing in collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Align service Terms & Conditions with current state and buying group requirements, working closely with our Legal team
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications (preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen, presentation skills, and a focus on driving business growth
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage personnel at all organizational levels
  • Business process improvement capability, contributing to and implementing systematic improvements
  • Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to analyze and interpret data, providing insights to other departments
  • Professional experience working successfully with diverse cultures and backgrounds

The salary range for this role is AUD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation, dependent on experience. This is a full-time position based in our Sydney office, with occasional travel required.
