Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part Time Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for executing in-store merchandising solutions across a territory to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to inform merchandising strategies and recommendations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including stock replenishment and storage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to store teams, including product knowledge and training.
  • Assist with store set-ups and installations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store contacts, influencing them to prioritize our brand.
  • Utilize point-of-purchase (POP) materials and sales tools to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in merchandising, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
