Job Title: Leadership Opportunity in Aboriginal Community Services

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team and oversee the management of programs in our Children, Family, and FDV Services portfolio.

Job Description:

">

The General Manager Programs works with the Executive Team to provide strategic and operational oversight across a diverse portfolio of culturally responsive services. These include early intervention and family support services, family domestic violence services, and out of home care services.

">

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving service excellence, operational efficiency, workforce capability, and compliance while embedding Aboriginal ways into the work we do.

">

The role also plays a key role in contributing to sector reform, policy development, and advocacy to influence systemic change.

">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (human services) or equivalent qualifications is essential. You must have demonstrated understanding of the historical and contemporary issues impacting Aboriginal communities, with a proven ability to work in a culturally safe and respectful way.

">

You will require significant experience managing programs in a senior leadership role, with demonstrated knowledge and experience working within relevant program areas.

">
