This hands-on Process Worker role is based at our Lisarow site and offers day and afternoon shifts Monday to Friday, with some weekend work as well.

As a Process Worker, you'll be responsible for processing and inspecting raw materials safely and according to quality specification, performing processing tasks efficiently, and completing manual handling duties.

You'll also be required to follow safety rules, speak up, and be mindful of risks, clean and maintain a clean work space, and work with raw meat products in a cold environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and inspect raw materials safely and according to quality specification
  • Perform processing tasks efficiently and work to meet individual and group targets
  • Complete manual handling duties – lift, pull, push, bend and reach
  • Follow the safety rules, speak up and be mindful of risks
  • Clean and maintain a clean work space
  • Work with raw meat products in a cold environment
  • Store and maintain materials, equipment and tools

What You'll Bring:

  • Capability to perform repetitious tasks efficiently, correctly and systematically in accordance with policies and standards
  • To be able to successfully communicate both written and verbally
  • Ability to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles
  • Good level of fitness are required as you will manually handle up to 15kg
