Clinical Scheduler Role

As a Clinical Scheduler, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our customers receive timely, high-quality care by managing the scheduling of allied health and nursing services. The role involves triaging referrals and coordinating bookings, maintaining stable, responsive schedules to support both customers and clinicians.

The aim is to match the right resource with the right need at the right time to deliver the best possible outcome. You'll work closely with workforce planning and operations teams to help deliver seamless care experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage referrals and coordinate bookings efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date schedules and communicate changes to relevant parties
  • Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure smooth delivery of services

This hybrid role offers flexibility with 3 in-office days, allowing you to choose between Aspley or the Sunshine Coast locations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of efficient scheduling processes that enhance customer satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Experience in scheduling and rostering environments preferred
  • Sound understanding of administration procedures and general business practices
  • Initiative in meeting tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and adaptability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
