About the RoleAs Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, building, and rolling out leadership programs that integrate leadership capabilities and safety requirements. Your key objectives include:
- Developing frontline leaders to meet Health, Safety, Environment, and Heritage (HSEH) business needs
- Preparing project scopes of work, schedules, and budget estimates
- Leading project reporting for various stakeholders, including a risk register
- Transitioning the program to Business as Usual (BAU)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing large projects, including contract negotiation, compliance, and stakeholder management
- Ability to influence, motivate, and mobilise teams to engage and manage stakeholders effectively
- Strategy formulation skills, with a focus on providing business direction and producing innovative ideas
- Experience in scoping, designing, developing, and rolling out leadership programs
