**Leadership Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated leader to join our team as Assistant Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care.
  • Mentor and develop the capabilities within the centre team.
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre when the Centre Director is away.
  • Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide effectively.
