  • Providing direct clinical nursing care to our clients in their homes according to best practice procedures
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments, wound care, medication management, and catheter maintenance
  • Developing tailored care plans in collaboration with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals
  • Liaising with all parties involved in client care to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Essential Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for delivering quality care to the elderly
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse or similar qualification
  • Minimum 3 years postgraduate nursing experience
  • Experience in conducting clinical assessments
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products
  • NSW Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Willingsness to apply for a Police Check
