About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Bethsalem Care. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic human resources advice and support to our management team and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR administration support, including employee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Support managers with interpretation of the Fair Work Act and Bethsalem Care Enterprise Agreements
  • Efficiently record, process, and report accounting and financial information
  • Manage payroll services, including payment and reporting of payroll tax and superannuation
  • Coordinate admissions and billing processes for residents of Bethsalem Care and GreenBriars Village
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Team
  • Offer a friendly and knowledgeable reception service
  • Coordinate corporate events, fundraising, and communication with stakeholders
  • Oversee membership database and receipting of memberships
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and government regulations
  • Perform performance appraisals of team members as required
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Formal qualification or equivalent experience in human resources and/or business administration
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Knowledge of team management principles and human resources processes
  • High-level knowledge of the Fair Work Act and relevant business rules
  • Working knowledge of payroll, work-cover, and superannuation end-to-end processing
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with stakeholders
