About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to work on significant projects within the Real Estate and Infrastructure space.
  • You will be responsible for delivering and advising on these projects, working across a diverse range of national initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide valuation advice to clients
  2. Develop feasibility studies for real estate developments
  3. Manage acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets
  4. Coordinate transaction management processes
  5. Offer strategic real estate advice to clients
  6. Analyze financial data and create reports
  7. Write clear and concise reports for clients
  8. Engage with current and potential clients to identify business opportunities
  9. Develop and implement engagement pursuit strategies
  10. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • A strong background in real estate consulting or advisory services
  • Experience in property market analysis, sales, and research
  • Financial and commercial real estate expertise
  • Property acquisition and disposal experience
  • Understanding of property leases and planning schemes
  • Digital proficiency in commercial real estate platforms
  • Certified Practising Valuer Accreditation (or working towards it)
