Real Estate Advisory Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Real Estate Valuation and Advisory team in Melbourne. This is a hybrid position that offers the opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced and dedicated Healthcare Team within a national Real Estate, Transactions and Delivery practice.
About the Role:- Assist on major Healthcare valuations and transactions
- Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets
- Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sector
- Provide market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers
- Collaborate on new and innovative Healthcare practices
- Support the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients
- Utilise real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to clients
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or as an Assistant Valuer
- A general understanding of the Health and Aged Care sectors
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills
- Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred
