We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gas equipment at customer sites.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing or equipment servicing, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in this field. A mechanical fitter qualification is also desirable.
- Maintenance of gas equipment on customer and company sites
- Minimizing equipment downtime and enhancing operational reliability
- Refurbishment of Cryogenic and Gas vessels; installation and removal of equipment; calibration and testing of gas analyzers
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting of equipment
- Completing planned maintenance and breakdown tasks as required
- Audits and inspections of equipment in line with codes and standards
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You should be willing to attend remote mine sites occasionally and possess an unrestricted driver's license.
