About This Role:

The Client Services Manager oversees a vital component of our customer service strategy, providing unparalleled support to valued clients. Located in our Queensland office, this full-time position is an exciting opportunity for those seeking a challenging and rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire loan process, encompassing valuation, pricing, lodgment, and settlement monitoring.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for lenders and clients throughout the lending journey, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Anticipate and proactively address any obstacles or delays that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding officer to facilitate smooth client transitions.
  • Promote a culture of excellence within the client services team, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Client Services Manager or Client Associate in residential lending, coupled with a solid understanding of loan structures, valuations, pricing, and credit policy.
  • Proven ability to manage loan files independently from submission to settlement, exercising excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer-centric approaches and professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in mortgage CRM systems and Microsoft Office, preferably MyCRM and AOL.
