About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional customer experience professional on a casual basis to attend to customers' vehicle hire requirements. You will ensure they receive quality service and a memorable experience worth sharing or recommending.

  • Provide outstanding customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs
  • Open and close rental agreements effectively
  • Sell additional rental products at the counter with confidence
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and conduct regular maintenance checks
  • Clean and present passenger and commercial vehicles to the highest standard
  • Move vehicles within the location and offsite for refuelling, maintenance, repairs, or other purposes as required
  • Identify and manage workplace health and safety risks and incidents promptly and professionally

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong customer service and sales abilities with a focus on problem-solving and complaint handling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of multitasking and adapting to changing circumstances
  • Willingness to learn and grow, with a willingness to accept constructive feedback and improve your skills
  • Consistent punctuality and good attendance record, with flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as needed
  • Own reliable transport to and from work, with a willingness to travel and work across multiple locations
  • A current, relevant State driver's license is essential for this role
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
