About the Role
This newly created position will play a vital role in driving the business forward, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and experience in account management and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase sales by developing new client relationships through market research activities, networking events, and trade shows.
- Account manage existing clients to ensure long-term relationships and achieve budget targets.
- Contact dormant customers to reactivate them and maintain comprehensive contacts and client details in the CRM database.
- Represent the company at various networking events, conduct market research, and take calls from all new enquiries.
Salary Package
The successful candidate can expect an attractive salary package of up to $80,000 per annum, including a fully maintained vehicle, achievable bonus scheme, company phone, work uniform, training on products and equipment, ongoing support, and excellent career prospects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in business development/sales within a technical/engineering environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and plan working week effectively.
- Current WA driving license.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
