Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience and Sales Team Lead to join our team. This key role will be responsible for leading the sales and customer experience team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all programs and facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Train and develop frontline staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain set new member and growth targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
  • Handle enquiries accurately and efficiently, providing relevant information and excellent customer service.
  • Assist in lead generation through digital and traditional marketing activities.
  • Conduct tours of the centre/facility as necessary, with the goal of converting prospective members/guests into ongoing members.
Requirements
  • Experience in a sales and customer-facing environment.
  • Leadership experience in the health, fitness, leisure, or recreation industries.
  • Solid understanding of business needs and processes, including KPIs, budgets, and service standards.
  • Able to motivate teams to reach targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using social media platforms.
  • Flexible to work days/evenings and weekends.
  • National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000-$80,000 AUD, depending on experience.
