Job Description:\

Serco, in partnership with Bupa, provides defence-ready clinical and support staff across 50+ on-base locations nationally. As part of this contract, ADF Health Services delivers integrated healthcare services to Defence Force personnel.

Your Role\

You will provide physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and rehabilitative services to patients based at the Williamtown Health Centre. These services will include evidence-based direction on rehabilitation programs, splinting/plastering/fitting of orthoses or other devices, use of electrotherapy modalities or hydrotherapy pools as required, and advice and recommendations to other health professionals.

  • Provide high-quality patient care through physiotherapy assessments and treatments
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Skills & Qualifications\
Essential Requirements\
  • Membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (desirable)
  • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
  • Minimum of 2 years full-time postgraduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 years in an accredited physiotherapy environment
  • Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities by AHPRA
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification
