About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Sydney's Inner West and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will contribute significantly to helping older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration as a Health Practitioner
  • Ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programmes for aged care clients in the community
  • Postgraduate experience working with in a variety of settings, including rehabilitation and community environments
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use relevant software
  • Alignment with our values and mission
  • Current first aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage insurance
