We are seeking an experienced Commercial Driver with exceptional leadership skills to lead our Airside team on shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate team members in the designated area of responsibility.
  • Ensure productivity and performance criteria are met, including regular performance assessment reports.
  • Assist supervision of catering trucks within a designated work area, ensuring safe and timely loading of aircraft.
  • Lead by example and perform all duties of a Driver.
  • Supervise, train and induct workers within a designated work area.
  • Organise and coordinate work within the designated area.
  • Perform administrative and reporting duties as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills to efficiently meet performance requirements in a dynamic environment.
  • Display hands-on leadership by example.
  • Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain possession of a valid ASIC card.
  • Possess a valid Australian state/territory MR or greater driver's license and authority to drive airside. A Fork Lift license is preferred but not essential.
  • Hold a First Aid Certificate and WHS qualifications, if applicable.
  • Be flexible in working around flight schedules (7 day per week operation).
  • Maintain a clean Police Record as part of mandatory checks.
