Lead Airside Operations Team

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Driver with exceptional leadership capabilities to lead our team on shift.

This role ensures the delivery of service to all customers in line with operational schedules and safety requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating team members
  • Ensuring productivity and performance criteria are met
  • Assisting supervision of catering trucks
  • Leading by example and performing duties as a Driver
  • Supervising, training, and inducting workers
  • Organising and coordinating work within designated areas
  • Performing administrative and reporting duties

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • A valid ASIC card
  • A valid Australian state/territory MR or greater driver's license and authority to drive airside
  • Flexibility in working around flight schedules
  • A clean Police Record as part of mandatory checks required
