We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Airside Team Member. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to airline crews and ensuring seamless delivery of catering services.

About the Role

The Airside Team Member will be responsible for safe airside driving, loading and unloading trucks onto aircraft, guiding and positioning trucks in line with company and airport policies. You will also coordinate with airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery handovers.

This is a full-time permanent position requiring a minimum of 38 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work varied shifts across a 7-day roster, and have a MR Truck license (HR driver's license preferred).

Responsibilities
  • Safe airside driving and basic vehicle checks, including re-fuelling.
  • Loading and unloading trucks onto aircraft using airline equipment.
  • Guiding and positioning trucks in accordance with company, airport, and airline policies.
  • Coordinating with airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery handovers.
  • Administrative documentation, reporting, and general cleaning duties as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a MR Truck license (HR driver's license preferred).
  • Frequent manual handling tasks.
  • Ability to work various shifts across a 7-day roster.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
  • Availability to work 38 hours/week.
