Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Sanitarium. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for the implementation of multiple projects to upgrade and optimize our SAP environment.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for ensuring project results have an articulated scope with quantifiable business benefits.
  • You will manage issues and risks arising within the project lifecycle.
  • You will manage project spend and validate financial forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will represent the project at project governance and inter-department forums.
Key Responsibilities
  1. To develop communication plans and interfaces to actively engage business partners.
  2. To partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria.
  3. To communicate and report on project and program progress to key stakeholders.
  4. To assess, prioritise and resolve/mitigate all project risks as they are encountered.
  5. To define and create project plans for projects, portfolio, and product prioritization and implementation.
  6. To manage all aspects of the project life cycle, and work with team members to oversee all phases of project completion.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in information technology or relevant industry experience.
  • Strong project experience in ERP transformation.
  • Must have experience in delivering transformation projects from 1 platform to another ie. on-prem to cloud.
  • SAP S4/HANA experience is desirable but not essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in delivering technical projects to support business solutions.
  • Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management and SDLC methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative).
  • Proficient with Project and Portfolio Management Tools. (Visio, MS Project, Project Server etc).
  • Familiarity with PMI or PRINCE2 or equivalent, methodology.
