Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract based in North Ryde. This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaboration of in-office engagement.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies that connect with key audiences, drive channel growth, and support sales success. You will work across multiple touchpoints—from market research and campaign execution to stakeholder engagement and performance analysis—bringing ideas to life and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs and behaviours.
  • Developing and executing targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Identifying and building effective distribution channels and partnerships.
  • Creating engaging content and promotional materials.
  • Supporting sales teams with tools and resources.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the industry.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and optimising for results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing.
