Lead Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to lead our team in delivering exceptional educational programs.

About the Role:

  • To oversee the daily operations of your own room, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork among Educators.
  • To collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices, ensuring every learning experience meets the needs of all children.
  • To guarantee a safe and inclusive environment, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children.

The Rural City of Wangaratta is a thriving community in the northeast of Victoria.

Goodstart Early Learning provides high-quality care and education for children aged six weeks to five years, offering a supportive and stimulating environment that fosters strong relationships between families and the local community.
