Job Title: Senior Educator
This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of your own room and lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
About the Role
- The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator who can commit to safety and inclusivity, ensuring every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs of all children.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
