Responsibilities

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continually improve teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

The Rural City of Wangaratta is a modern & vibrant city located in the northeast of Victoria. Catering for children aged six weeks to five years, Goodstart Early Learning Wangaratta – Williams Road offers warm and friendly staff, great facilities and high-quality care and education, with a strong focus on families and the local community.

You'll need
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check
