Senior Educator Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Educator to lead our team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional educational programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has the ability to motivate and inspire our team members to achieve their best.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading teams, developing and implementing educational programs, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children;
  • Developing and implementing educational policies and procedures that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Collaborating with other leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve teaching practices and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement;
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification;
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check;
