Assemble and Maintain Complex Robotic Systems

We are seeking a skilled robotics technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining complex robotic subsystems.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, calibrate, and test robotic subsystems including actuators, joints, and sensor arrays.
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs across electrical, mechanical, and embedded systems.
  • Support engineers in validating new hardware and software integrations.
  • Maintain robots used for development, demos, and customer deployments, ensuring uptime and reliability.
  • Document processes, test results, and maintenance logs to feed into continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve integration challenges.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma, trade qualification, or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a robotics, mechatronics, or hardware workshop environment.
  • Strong practical skills in assembly, wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
  • Comfortable using lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
  • A structured, methodical approach to testing and problem-solving.
