Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotic Product Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing patient outcomes and leveraging technology to drive success within our Joint Replacement division.

  1. Technical Expertise: Provide specialist technical guidance to customers on complex knee or hip operations, serving as the primary point of contact for high-level inquiries.
  2. Surgical Support: Participate in surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in effectively utilizing our products.
  3. Data Preparation: Utilize software to prepare preoperative CT data for Mako cases, facilitating segmentation and planning.
  4. 100% Clinical Role: This position involves no sales activities, focusing solely on delivering exceptional clinical service.

To be successful in this role, you will require extensive training on the Mako robot. No prior experience is necessary; we seek individuals with a genuine passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
