We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Functional Specialist to join our Quality and Asset Management Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Enterprise Asset Management system through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance requirements, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business demands. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex information to a broad range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day functional administration of the Enterprise Asset Management system (Ellipse) and tools.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the asset management database by continually performing quality assurance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for asset management-related inquiries and support requests via service now, email, and phone.
  • Provide support to various projects across the business by extracting required data from the system.
  • Creating reports through Power BI.
  • Assist in the development of test plans and oversee user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including systems-related processes, ensuring to regularly review and update to maintain accuracy.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of maintenance requirements.
  • Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business demands and continually meet customer service expectations.
  • Ability to communicate complex information to a broad range of stakeholders and customers.
  • Understanding of databases (Ellipse desirable but not necessary).
Desirable Skills
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Smart Excel.
  • SQL code experience.
