As a skilled Digital PR Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content, building relationships with media professionals, and executing strategic Digital PR campaigns to enhance the online presence of our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute Digital PR strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation for clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding PR activities, ensuring consistent and clear communication.
- Run ideation sessions to discover the most interesting, and likely to be successful ideas and headlines to pitch to journalists.
- Create and distribute engaging press releases to journalists to secure high quality links for clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other media contacts.
- Monitor media coverage and track the performance of Digital PR campaigns using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Digital PR.
- Generate and present reports on Digital PR activities, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- 1-2 years experience in Digital PR at an agency – or a related role.
- An understanding of SEO & Social Media, and how it relates to Digital PR.
- A strong understanding of the Australian and international media landscape.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leveraging this to build strong media relationships.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools.
- Experience with media pitching, media monitoring and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
