Job Description

As a dedicated assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating effectively with residents, monitoring their wellbeing and responding to their needs.
  • Providing first aid, liaising with emergency services and ensuring the safety of residents and staff.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in common areas.
  • Assisting with food service and dining room duties.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by acting as a first aid officer and fire evacuation warden.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A current First Aid qualification.
  • Working with Vulnerable People check.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience working with older adults.
