Role Overview

We are seeking a Liaison Officer to join our team in resolving consumer matters and complaints. The successful candidate will assist in handling enquiries received by consumers and help resolve disputes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling enquiries received by consumers and resolving disputes;
  • Apply knowledge of legislation and dispute management to address consumer complaints effectively;
  • Have a good understanding of legal practices and operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in a dispute or complaint management environment;
  • A high level of computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
