This exciting opportunity exists for a Legal Executive Assistant to join our Sydney-based Projects, Infrastructure and Construction team. The role is permanent and full-time, providing high-quality administrative support to enable the team to deliver market-leading legal and consulting services.
You will be responsible for:
- Proactive diary and email management
- Document production and amendments
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to foster relationships and maintain client databases
- Monthly client billing and reporting
- Assisting with general financial hygiene, including timesheet entries, debt collections and voucher requests
- Arranging general and trust account receipting and disbursing of funds
- File management, including matter opening and closing, electronic and physical filing
- Travel arrangements and meeting coordination
- Reconciling corporate expenses
To succeed in this role, you will require experience in a similar position, possessing excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
