About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSSE Advisor to join our team at Clough Group, a pioneering project delivery company. As an HSSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSSE procedures and manuals to ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
  • Conduct HSSE onboarding and inductions for all HSSE personnel to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ensure safety equipment and PPE are readily available and issued in accordance with project or company requirements.
  • Prepare agendas for safety meetings and toolbox meetings to promote a culture of safety and awareness.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or mining industry.
  • Proven ability to build sound working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to site safety processes and practices.
