Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support the valuations team with their administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, banks, brokers, and settlement agents to ensure timely and efficient communication.
  • Perform high-volume data entry into internal spreadsheets and systems.
  • Register bookings and schedule jobs for the valuations team.
  • Ensure the front of house and meeting rooms are clean and well-presented at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to the Valuations and Directors team.
  • Perform general administration duties as required.
About You

You will be a good communicator in both verbal and written forms, with a strong attention to detail and ability to pre-empt the needs of those you are supporting. Common sense and the ability to manage high workloads are essential.
